Charlotte has worked alongside Mike in the family optical businesses for the past eight years. With a strong attention to detail and a talent for managing technical processes, she plays an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys discovering new restaurants, attending live music events, and (reluctantly) spending time at the gym.

Lily has been working in the optical industry for four years and is currently in her second year of optometry studies. She is passionate about helping every patient find the perfect frame to suit their personality and lifestyle. When she’s not at work or studying, Lily can be found on the netball court or enjoying her love of country music. She’s a state of origin fanatic too.

Liz brings years of experience and extensive knowledge in the optical industry. Known for her warm, patient, and caring approach, she loves helping our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their eyewear journey. Outside of work, Liz enjoys playing tennis, swimming, and spending quality time with her grandson. Liz has a keen passion for travel and is happiest on a plane travelling somewhere new.
